Well that is what rae is in real life she gets overwhelmed she panicks and so she just gives up immediately, she can't drive away from em, heck even talk to them properly coz she just gets overwhelmed immediately and her not knowing most commands or muscles doesn't help that much either.

People saying its a set up, Randy has got a warrant -it is less time and fine because he didnt got charge for the shit ray had. If Ray got arrested she would have gotten a fine of 20k and the weed she had , cops could've raided her. Linking to the weed band of rolls and the money she had on her could lead to her getting 9's. Sure the call was troll but Randy saving her was a great thing.
