Yeah, different format,that was a sitcom, I seriously believed story wise it was good but the laugh tracks were a bit too much,but I loved how everyone's character grew. Howard became a father from starting as a class S level pervert and creep, Sheldon understood relationship and emotions,Penny valued her life dicided to settlle down and be happy,Leonard gained confidence in his ability and Stuart found someone lovely,Raj got better and I believe he understood that he doesn't need anyone to feel special,and that will benefit him the most. This is proof of that old saying, "You can't go home again." I remember my home as a kid until my parents split up when I was 9 years old, and it was where I was the happiest. Of all the places I lived growing up, none of them were like that house. I can still remember the hardwood floor in the living room where on Saturday morning I watched cartoons, the big back yard where the giant rhubarb bush was, the maple tree we used to climb in the front yard. In 2015 I went back by the house when I happened to be in my old home town, and the house is there, but it's been renovated, it's a different color now, and that maple out front is gone. It's not the house I grew up in anymore.
Based on news regarding the spinoff, it will mostly focus on Mandy and Georgie (with the kid) and Mandy's parents. These are the confirmed characters that will be in the show. If ever sheldon, missy, meemaw appears on it, i guess it will be mostly cameos since when Ian (young sheldon) was interviewed, he has an upcoming new project as well. I guess Mary will have an appearance on it. George is dead so not confirmed. I hope the old georgie will have a special participation (hoping for it like how old sheldon, Jim, appeared in YS too)
I love how in one scene they explained why Sheldon had such a huge problem with change and why he would have massive tantrums. It’s unhealed trauma from the death of his father and how it changed everything for everyone.
I was 11 years old when Young Sheldon first aired and i remember the actress playing Missy, a 9 year old Raegan Revord, looked adorably cute. Now im 18 years old and Raegan have grown up and she is beautiful now

Because i had left the one place where my children grew up and where they had all their moments with me. Context: Ex-wife took the kids without reason and i did'nt see them for over 4 years.
Saying goodbye to a 'perfect' family after 20 years is why I could relate. Nothing is forever, absolutely nothing. God promises afterlife eternity but that's not the here and now. What I wish I was told more often as a child, that endings are ok. That you will be ok. That loniless is ok. That not being sure of what comes next is ok.

Just the thought of saying goodbye or having someone that you love leaving is just hard. Every character was amazing and seeing the end was just...wholesome and heartbreaking.
Young Sheldon was my favourite tv show and now after i saw this it Just brings back memories every time they released an episode I'd watch it that night it brightened my day every time
I actually did not like that they did not mention Leonard Hofstadter. When I see Amy I was happy because she is his wife, and Penny was mention then no Leonard, I guess I just hate it because Leonard was his bestfriend, from season 1 to last episode, he was their for Sheldon, but their relationship did not feel important enough for Sheldon to even mention him even once in the show or even in the finale. I like the ending, this just bothered me.
Leonard was mentioned, When Sheldon spoke of having a child with Amy, Sheldon said he wanted to name his son Leonard Nimoy! But Amy shot that down, and instead Sheldon said he would name his son after his friend Leonard

My dads a diplomat and I move countries every 3 years. This is the first time we might not be moving in 3 years, and for some reason it feels sad. So why is it here he is mentioning that Mary (his mother) sells the house. In the episode where he sees her having relations with another man, after confronting her about it we see he is sent to his room with his legos and books. I doubt once he moves out he goes back to Texas, especially since losing his father was very hard on him.
