I'm pretty sure it involves keeping him above 70% hp on the first pass, so it doesn't trigger the shield and instead he does another attack run. Then you quickly smash him below 30% health and he goes to an end phase and again doesn't shield. His HP and resistance isn't actually that high, most teams should be able to do damage pretty quickly.
So i got it earlier today after a lot of tries. The wolf will most likely do his kameha and that's when you need to kill him. Before that make sure he's around 70% more than that will activate the shield phase. Pre ult with bennet and xinqiu when he is in the air for max up time

I saw someone said it'd create a shield when the hp bar reach the E in its name, so you have to kill it before that (mine created a shield at either letter N or E, depending on the runs TT)

I'm struggling so much to break papilla's shield even with my best teams. Any advice? I don't have chasca, kinich, or ororon. I've tried Cloride's aggravate, Raiden overload, Raiden national and only with the last one i broke the shield twice but it's very difficult 😢
i don't think there is any team that can easily clear it without natlan but hyperbloom can clear it in like 9-10 sec , buring is good against it but burning as whole is bad unless you have emille also yelan + xq duo can barely get it done , lastly fischl supercharged can also barely get it done but with xq it is more comfortable . Do remeber tho the floor itself is a pretty normal dps check after the shield so you can't just bring in half ass team

I still don't think having all those 4-star weapons R5 (excluding the catch) is entirely F2P. Still tho, beating this new abyss with just 4-star characters is just absolutely insane
there's always a comment like this, u don't even need those weapons at r5 to do this, and still every f2p has a lot of them with somes refinaments, me included
f2p means not spending money on the game. 4* weapons like these are not locked behind money.. and these weapons have been featured on many banners + they’re still decent at low refinement

How are your artifacts?
Artifacts weapons and team comps honestly matter more. Zhongli is good though for 🐺. Used him in a hyperbloom team to deal with this second phase.
