Not really, only change is that I often swap Rallying Cry for Robes of Transmutation. This is because often dds carry rallying cry. Alternatives are SPC and PA as well. I might do a video on it but have been bussy lately.
Can always go with Pearls like I mentioned in the video, just don't try and farm the uptime too much and remember to try and ult on cooldown. Else you can go with Torc of Tonal Constancy. But if you're not on DDF, I would recomend using 5 pieces Pariah on body and using BRP resto front, Using Rallying Cry on S&B. Remeber to slot ward front bar then.
very informative video, geared my warden for pvp a few days ago - well i'm running earthgore there but totally agree in pugs it's no doubt ozezan will be the better option. While i have a dedicated pve templar healer toon, I don't have a setup for pvp, so will definitely give this one a shot and see how it goes :-)
I did consider it, but from my experience it's not up all the time. And I have seen people die to it not proccing. That being said it's a very good alternative if you don't want the stam penalties. When you're close to 50k resistances like here, chances are the 1k or so from TbF wont do a huge difference.

Does ozezaan work if you are not in a group but are around allies in open world?
It does, but probably would just slot engine guardian then instead.
Ozezans is without a doubt a must have this patch just over earthgore

Have you considered replacing Aetherial Ascension with Trial by Fire? Get more armor and not Stam penalties.
