I know what I didn’t miss, a mother-in-law who openly and privately insulted, degraded and shamed her daughter-in-law because of her background and a husband who openly and privately embarrassed his Wife as well as had another woman at his side, a husband who protected this other woman, deemed “justice” for this other woman, stood up for this other woman, and had this other woman in what should be private spaces. I didn’t see any sort of affection from the “husband” till the end when he found out she wasn’t just a chairman but a rich one. Now writers, explain to me how it makes sense that the FL willingly chose to not only stay with her so called husband but to stay in that home environment? A FL who had good sense and is a powerful businesswoman took back weak d-bags when she could do SOOOOOO much better!! It doesn’t make sense not even for a drama. If the FL does a fake bankruptcy ploy, ya think the MIL will still be happy to have her and the husband still be dreaming? No, they’ll dump her at the first sign of it.
