There were and still there are so many situations like that in the world and it is so sad that some of the nations and their culture as well as their language are almost gone from the globe.... Nobody should think that it is proper!
In case of friendship, Tibet could always count f.e. on Nepal but never ever on PRC!

Kham belongs to Tibet and have always belonged to Tibet. We people of Kham think of ourselves of as Tibetans and have given our lives to defend Tibet. Why would be do that if we thought of ourselves as Chinese?
We are Tibetans and not remotely near to Chinese. Please keep that in your mind.

Kham does not belong to Tibet!
Kham is traditionally independent to HH Dalai Lama and administered only nominally by the Chinese Emperor!
So I support an independent Kham!
