- It's officially pumpkin season for me - yes, it could not start before the end of October in my books. I'm starting it with cozy autumnal recipes, and this time I wanted to share my take on cinnamon rolls, or a Swedish kanelbullar inspired cardamom buns - with delicious spiced pumpkin jam. Is there anything more autumnal than this?

Nice representation of what I love about Fall. It is my favorite season. The colors, flavors, smells, clothes....but mostly the winding down of a busy year. Slowing down to reflect and taking time for some planning for the new year ahead. Really enjoyed.

I'm going to make these using Canned Pure Pumkin Puree and the Added Spices. Brushing the Dough with Butter, the Rolling Up. Should come out just as Good as using the real Pumpkin without all that Work. Beautiful Video!!
Oh that’s absolutely great, using canned pumpkin would work just as well and much faster! 😊 It’s not always available where I live, but pumpkins always are, so have to work around that. Hope it turns out well!

I try to steer away from sugar but...if honey is available, a double portion of honey on the buns is what makes this bear sticky.
In spirit of the season i feel like of there was a way to preserve the rind or skin of the pumpkin, you could have made a jack o lantern with the pumpkin

I have made❤ these along with the pumpkin jam and now have a a fair bit of pumpkin jam left have you any other recipes to use the jam in?
i really wanna make this! but i’m a bit confused on how to simmer the jam. i understand the ingredients however i don’t understand how to cook simmer until the pumpkin is soft? then add the butter?
