Guardians of the galaxy while one of the best mcu films was ultimately a curse for it. The humor in it was a such a success that every movie since has tried to duplicate it, to no avail.
Disney/Marvel did the same thing with Star Wars...they just couldn't help themselves. It's insane, they really are just greedy and it feels like they are trying to be like K-dramas/Kpop/Kmovies. Trying to churn out so much in such little time. Its oversaturation.

Black Widow and Loki were actually good. I'm looking forward to Loki season 2. I agree all Marvel had to do was start it all over again, repeat the main process of building up to the final fight against a new Super Villain while introducing new Superhero like the Fantastic 4, etc. if the main villain was leading up to Dr. Doom.

I honestly enjoyed Eternals a lot. Unlike the other phase 4 movies, Eternals had a solid script and direction. It had a few forced progressive stuff, but over all it was great.

I made some of these creative agreements when the ambitious Phase was announced. I enjoyed Black Widow, Falcon, and parts of What If?, and that’s about it. They weren’t great and weren’t terrible. Much of the other projects fail due to multiple major creative issues.
The main thing I'd like to point out is that, regarding the replacing of characters, there is a precedent for each of those cases happening in the comics. Sam Wilson DOES become Captain America. Kate Bishop DOES become associated with Hawkeye. Riri Williams DOES replace Iron Man as Ironheart. Yelena Belova WAS Black Widow. Shuri DID become Black Panther. Don't get me wrong, I love Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johanssen and Chadwick Boseman (rest in peace)...but all of these thing did happen in the comics.
Don't also forget tho that those comics sold less by quite a margin. There's small cult followings of those comics but it wasn't overly loved by the main consumers.

I don’t mind some of the characters having to carry on a legacy like falcon cos he did in the comics so I’m not bothered but I see why people would be bothered. Hawkeye I don’t really know about Kate bishop but I didn’t mind apart from Clint Barton obviously giving her the name Hawkeye which I didn’t like.
At this point the only thing I'm interested in with the mcu would be how they eventually handle The X-men. The X-men could be a major jump start in getting audiences back. That's if the casting is right and they figure out a way to implement the X world with mcu...

I find it hypocritical that people don't like that the heroes are being "replaced" in the movies but it was praised in the comics especially since the "replacements" are the same ones from the comics

I agree Phase 4 kinda sucked, but in the larger scheme of things, I think they were intentionally letting themselves expand in terms of the 'diversity' thing. I'm hoping that they just wanted to up their roster of non-white males, and now that they have, Phase 5 will be more comic-detail oriented and spend less time pandering.
