you prolly dont care at all but does anybody know a way to get back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost the account password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me.
@Anthony Cohen i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
@Anthony Cohen DAMN IT ACTUALLY WORKED! I just got access to my IG login after about 40 minutes by using the site. Thank you so much you really help me out!
My Dad gave me my 1st real hammer, 55yrs ago when I was 10. He didn’t give me a nail holding tips like yours. May have saved me a few hammered finger & thumb. He then put me to work at every hammer driving opportunity he could find. True story. May be the reason I took up painting trade. 🤔🍻🦘
Another good episode! There were a number of tips in there that I did not know, but especially good was the blunt nail to prevent splitting tip. Close second, the removing from trim tip. I have always turned the piece over and tapped the nail back out; your method is so much better. Thanks!
Revised Dad-a-Base joke about dog & hammer: What kind of dog carries a hammer? A Labra-Thor. Easier to remember and my friends and grandkids love it! Thank you for for your priceless Das jokes.
In response to tip #3, this sometimes doesn't work on harder woods like maple. An alternative method that I found when renovating my home was to use a pop rivet gun to pull nails through the back side of trim boards without breaking nails off
Dad: ''What are you watching son'' Me: ''The latest video from Uncle Knackers, it's hammer hacks and how to avoid hitting your fingers when hammering in nails'' Dad: ''You know the absolute best way to avoid hitting your fingers'' Me: No, what is it?'' Dad: ''Just hold the hammer with both hands'' 🤣🤣🤣 Me: 🤔🤦♂️ Apparently that was my granddads tip to my dad, a long time ago lol.
Nice one, the bullet head nail tip, my old dad taught me over here in the UK as a lost head trick. Turn over the nail and tap the point off to break the fibres. How old is the 'estwing' . I've had four of those and a leather bound one. All stolen on site. Settle on cheap one from Wickes. Great video an advice. Keep up the good work
Thanks for the tip J.D 👍 Yeah they do tend to wander on building sites....gotta keep your wits about ya 👊 Glad you enjoyed the vid and thanks for watching 👍😁🇦🇺
Holy Samolians! I guess I'm smarter than I thought. I've used all those hammer tricks at one point or another. :) But that balancing nails trick is brilliant! Thanks for sharing them. :D
Also 16" stud spacing stud finder. Center the head and swing over the claw end and where the handle touches the wall is 16 o.c. for the standard Estwing 12oz hammer you used.
A back scratcher what a great idea . I have a couple of hammers that are handicapped - they want drive nails strate ! But I do have one that is very good ..
Good stuff Michael....l'll take the 7 mate 👍🤣 Yeah blunting the nail is an old timers tip that l've used for years👍 Have a good one mate and thanks for watching 👍😁🇦🇺
If you turn a nail around and use it to make an indentation with the head where you intend to nail will most times top wood from splitting . If you want to lift a fiddly piece of timber into position put a philips screw or roof screw in it half way and use the claw to grab and screw and lift . Also most work accidents Iv seen were fingers were lost was the result of not disconnecting power or taking the removing the battery .
Big thumbs up! Useful and funny! I wish I knew some of your no.1 tip before I smashed the living daylights out of my thumb, hammering a concrete nail into a concrete wall...it turned instantly black! (my thumb nail, not the wall).

That explains why I’m broke- thanks for the heads up
And don't forget the hammer! Well, ok... A stone would do, too...
Not forgetting the Makita 18v rechargeable hammer. Doubles as a drill in a pinch.
