I just loved the part when she was dancing and there was only the piano music. It was so calming to watch. Has anybody a suggestions where I can find more Videos like that?

learn ballet terms for example you could look up "grand alegro"

Sorry to ask under your comment but I wonder if using Claire de Lune automatically demonetizes her video? I love that piece so much and would love to use it as well but don’t want the copyright strike.

@@imbrigita it does not because it's so old. A lot of classical music is copyright free because it's so old

@@imbrigita Basically how it works is you don’t get penalized for using classical music if the composer has been dead for at least 70 years. After 70 years, the music becomes public domain. In Debussy’s case ( the composer who wrote Clair de Lune) it’s been over 100 years since his death. Fun fact: when Eric Carmen wrote All by Myself in the 70’s he had to get special permission from the Rachmaninoff estate to use parts of the melody of the slow movement of Rachmaninoff’s 2nd Piano Concerto because it had only been 30 years since Rachmaninoff’s death

    Hey Luna,
I just wanted to say thank you for all the ballet content you are producing at the moment ❤️
I was dancing for 13 years and then quit because it was super bad for my psyche and I was constantly crying and not feeling good enough. It has been 5 years since quitting and even though I felt better mentally I really missed dancing. Then I found your videos again when you were preparing for the nutcracker and you just inspired me so much! So long story short, I found a new Ballet school and went to my first class yesterday. It was so much fun and I really got to experience the feeling of true happiness. So I owe you a HUGE thank you because I don’t think I would have found the courage to try dancing again at 22 years old.
A lot of love from Germany ❤️

10:15: I have experienced similar withdrawals with different medication but everything you described is exactly what I felt. It's kinda a bell curve, it starts slow, gets really bad for a few days, and then goes away. For me, it lasted around two weeks maybe. It's scary and hurts but trust me, it goes away, so power through!

Hi Luna, three years ago I took Zoloft for about 9 months I think only 25 mg, what helped me when going off of it was a supplement called L-theanine. It’s a supplement for mood health and you can get it at the drug store, I still take it sometimes if I’m having a particularly anxious or stressful day, but I took it daily at the beginning of going off the other medicine. Good luck!

I used to get brain zaps too!! They slowly started going away and then after about 2 months of no antidepressants, they stopped completely. They would worsen for me if I had caffeine or when I got overly tired. Also , randomly, when I take magic mushrooms they come back during my trip and I hate it!! Literally they are the most uncomfortable feeling sorry you're experiencing that

Hi Luna, I took myself off antidepressants because I was sleeping for twelve hours a day and feeling fuzzy the other twelve hours. I was studying for a degree in literature at the time, so the medication was doing more harm than good - you can't write good essays when you can't think clearly. What helped me more than anything was understanding and practising mindfulness and acceptance. It sounds too simplistic, but those two things will get you through life far better than medication. If you can meditate a couple of times a day, and be mindful as much as possible the rest of the time, you will start to feel far better than you do at the moment. I went through the stage you are going through now when I first came off the medication. I found it uncomfortable, but also managable. Obviously if you feel it's too much then start taking the meds again. I know you'll get there eventually because you are nothing short of amazing. Hang in there, you are a total inspiration to me, and many others, I'm sure. Read a few books by Thich Nhat Hanh and Jon Kabat-Zinn and you'll soon get the hang of mindfulness.

Hey Luna! I found w/ something that had an affect on my mood, I needed to wean off of it even slower than recomended. For example, doing each lower dose for a full month, then decreasing. And then from 50, could you not do 25 for a while? And then instead of no days, do every other day, and then every 3 days. I know that might sound like the slowest wean ever, and a doc might say it’s not necessary, but I found it really really helped and almost completely minimized my withdrawal symptoms. Just a thought. Good luck with it ❤️

  • @lornatw
    @lornatw 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Don't worry about the withdrawal, it's lasts about 2-3 weeks at most atleast from what I've experience twice now and some of my friends. It does such though, I'd advice making most of your sleep, staying very very hydrated and not over doing things, but be active where you can even just a fresh air walk. Xx it will pass, I had severe brain zaps the first time because I ran out of meds and had a financial delay so withdrew way too fast but all doctors should help you wean of properly. Xx

Beautiful dancing/moves and piano music! Happy Birthday! Receptor sites shut down due to the medicine and take awhile to start up again. Milk thistle/dandelion may help detox or sweating with lots of water, but you have to make sure good minerals are high enough before detoxing and restoring them after detoxing since good minerals are also lost in the detox.
Zoloft has Fluorine which can block the thyroid and poisons the brain/body/lowers emotion. Natural help only may help depression...no gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO/food with a label/heated oils..taking vitamins/good oils/minerals...probiotic...LDN..detoxing may help. Gluten is in wheat/barley/rye..oats/corn/rice. Rice is low in gluten. Wild rice has no gluten...is a grass. Zn/Mg/fish oil/Vit C/Selenium/Orthobiotic probiotic before a meal/coenzymated B vitamins/Nature's plus-Source of life multiple/Vit D3 5000IU/sunlight/olive oil/eating organic and more may help the brain/body/mood etc..
B vitamins may help nerves. No gluten may help the gut lining. Vit D3 5000IU/sunlight makes me laugh. Himalayan salt has 88 trace minerals which may help the brain/body work right. Selenium may help raise oxygen. One or two Brazil nuts has Selenium which may help. Crack open shells to avoid hidden gluten. Folate/Vit B12 methylcobalamin (under the tongue kind or shot) may help numbness. 5000mcg of biotin may help circulation in the toes and starts the energy cycle in cell mitochondria (engines of the cells). Coenzyme Q10 is the spark plug for cells. Lecithin may help the brain and coconut flakes/blueberries/low sugar.
God bless! Love you! Your dancing is beautiful! Glad you are having fun!
Hair test shows good mineral levels/heavy metal levels...If good minerals are low gluten may be hurting the gut lining or diet is low in those nutrients. If heavy metals are high they may block Zn/Mg etc which help many chemical reactions in the brain/body. Detoxing may help remove heavy metals. Electrodermal testing is great also for food/infections/how organs are working/supplements etc.

Brain zaps are real. They are a little scary, but if you can push through, yes they do go away eventually. Distracting myself helped the most so if I felt a zap or a series of zaps i would take a walk, play with the dog, read fiction. For some reason watching a screen made it worse. Good luck!
