Rush is the most consistently good game of the entire franchise. It's not my absolute favorite, but there's legitimately no real issues with it

@@just_an_elli I’d say the rush games, mania, and generations are probably tied for that title, with the rush games being better than generations in this sense and “worse” than mania. Mania has the advantage of not having the silly boat intervals between levels (which I honestly kind of like in rush adventure but there’s no denying that they’re total pacebreakers) or the BS pits or bosses of the original rush. Though they’re all so close in my book that it barely matters I love ‘em all
