    Your explanation is excellent. I hope they also have a model or can see what these muscles really look like internally. Seeing the internal anatomy is everything!

    Hi Susan, I don't know if you ever read this, I want to tell you that I liked you sooo much as a dancer in the American Ballet, you had an unmistakable musicality and very beautiful physical look (body + face). I am glad you re teaching ppl with these videos! :) Much love and admiration :)

    What is the actual name of the 'underbun' muscle? Is she pointing out the Gluteus medius?
