I just appreciate a video to the point where I didn’t have to listen to them tell a story about how their grandma used to dehydrate fruit and how it inspired them to start dehydrating fruit out of some sense of nostalgia, blah blah. Just how to dehydrate bananas in a timely manner. Well done.

YES! So many of these types of videos spend most of their time providing us with bios of the person making the video ("I was born in Manchester, NH in 1982. I had a fun childhood. When I was eight my parents bought me a bike. We vacationed in Maine every summer. Blah blah blah blah blah...."). 😂

Awesome video and you know what I do to give him a little bit sweetie really taste is after I put them in the lemon juice I dehydrate them after about 6 hours right before my first flip time I take honey microwave raw honey and make it works real super liquefied and take a paintbrush and I paint the liquid honey over them and then flip them and then paint the liquor honey on that side and then finish dehydrating them and the Honey gets a gloss glaze of super sweet to richness that tastes Divine you got to try it you will love it I promise you the next time on scrambler oh love you video dude

I can't believe you were able to get Batman to do the VoiceOver.
Owning a mandoline can be very helpful when dehydrating large amounts of food. Make sure you always use a guard with your mandoline and NEVER try and play it like a mandolin, and know that things like potatoes and apples can stick, roll and throw your hand towards the cutting blade(s).
The next time you buy some shoes and you see that silica gel packet, put it in with your bananas. Gel packets can also be purchased in 100 pack bags for well under $10. Please don't ever eat the silica. They have complicated matters by adding JUNK to silica which allows it to change color based on how hydrated or dehydrated the silica beads are. They are however perfectly safe to store with your dehydrated food stuffs.
So do you keep all the minions in good supply of the banana chips? lol.😃

After they’re done you really should freeze them before you put them in the bags because when you put them in the bags that moisture in that small amount of air will condense when you freeze it and cause ice crystals
crazy idea but I think your up for this challenge. I was looking for a good ferro rod and I had a idea, I wanted to know if fire could be done with one item that you can find in an antique shop. the challenge is to buy one item from an antique shop to make a fire, the only other item allowed is your knife that means no ferro rod, cordage, or any other pre made material. it all has to be found in nature. and that goes for the bow drill sticks too. have fun:)
a little tip I an thinking of qtrying a bow drill but instead of the bow I use a brace drill and the wood as the bit.

I dehydrate bananas without the lemon juice. Makes no difference in the color I found. I dehydrate them until they are crisp and powder them in the spice grinder and add to oatmeal for breakfast.
Between 6...or DOUBLE that to 12hrs???...that's a big difference in time..how long does it take you to dehydrate when it's full??
Between six and twelve hours is kind of a broad range. How do you determine when they're done?
