These are russian train cars, they are in use in Czech Republic and in Poland and in a lot of slavic countries. They are made in Мытищи, a town near Moscow. They are produced by "metrovagonmash"

My first Metrovagonmash ride was August 1990 when the USSR was still a single country. Back then I only had a 35 mm point and shoot camera, plus a blank tape recorder, and I never heard of mobile phones at that time, that had built in cameras, still, video or otherwise. That is how far back my history of Metrovagonmash cars go.
