What state and climate is this??? I live where temps reach 100F - 110F in the shade. Can these be grown successfully in hot climates? We travel ALOT in our RV to southern states so no, i don't have room indoors.
This is a black bean variety, prefers hot climates, just needs a little sunshine

Black beans, in particular are a power-house of these elements and are best eaten without cooking.

They are raw sunflower seeds, but broccoli seeds will also work.

This is great but a body certainly needs a good source of seeds and LOTS of them.
Not very helpful with no explanations. Are those paper towels or some special cloth at the beginning?
Paper towel will stand with no problem, you can use the sturdy ones or double them

I know that wheat grass can be harvested twice, but I think that’s about all.
Maybe they will regrow if you cut them above the seed leaves or even the first set of true leaves. But each time you regrow them, they will have less and less nutritional content and you end up with much less of the sprout, that way.

Far too much plastic 😱bin bags should never come into contact with anything edible. I wonder was paper is used chemicals from the paper industry are only ok for noses. Paper towels also no good for contact with food. Good idea if you can use non toxic stuff. Maybe use organic muslin or bamboo

This is microgreens not sprouts right? Microgreens you just eat the green sprouts you eat root and all and o ky take 23 days vs microgreens take about a 7-10days. Or am I wrong?
I love your method of cooking and serving the cooking water with the sprouts. Raw sprouts get boring after a few weeks. A lightly cooked/soup option opens up a whole new world. Thank you.
