    Nicely done!! Twin engine PT6 rigging was the last hill to climb in my repertoire.

    I started learning this in 1977. I always set FIBA first, therefore setting the correct prop blade angle. If you dont do that first the engines will not match torque wise ever. Do not adjust the beta nuts or stop nuts. this will FU the reverse. The beta valve must be exact from engine to engine. If you start to " chase your ass" static rig again and start over. Push and pull all the connections and replace bushings or bolt as nec. Do not allow the PY link to twist on the CSU, confirm that it is straight during movement of the power lever when going into reverse or high rpm .

    When we begin to pull throttle to the reverse position, n1 is dropping. Could you please explain the pick up point adjustment.

    During max ng check if max stop doesnt contact part power trim stop and ng is lower than 97.1 with TQ 2230 what can we do;

      Static rigging for the cam box is incorrect. Max stop should be contacted with about 1/8 inch gap before cam follower pin bottoms out in the cambox during the static rigging portion.
