In the court order it states all discovery must be completed by 8/5/24 and today when I checked the docket I see that the defense lawyer just subpoenaed medical records from places that I have never been. Have you experienced anything like that
It could be many things. Sometimes defense lawyers go thru insurance records and just subpoena every possible provider to do a fishing expedition to try to find something or just to bill more
