  • This video is about our ride to Gir Forest during the Holi long weekend. This was different compared to our usual rides as we tried the Ro Ro Ferry between Surat and Bhavnagar. We started from Mumbai to Surat and took the ferry from Surat to Bhavnagar. From Bhavnagar, we rode 231 kms to Sassangir. We did 2 safaris at Gir in search of the lions and got lucky to see a pride in the second one. Check out the video to find out more!

Where did you book ferry tickets? Also, how much is safari charger per person including the guide and jeep?

The safari costs Rs. 4500 per jeep which includes rhe guide cost.
A jeep can take 6 people and 1 guide.
