Oh I'm so pleased you shared this. I have been struggling to get my images foiled using the laminator. I tried your technique and my images foiled beautifully 😍
That is FANTASTIC!!!! I'm glad that my tips were able to help you out so quickly! Sometimes it's just that one thing that makes all the difference 🤓 Happy FOILING! 💗💗💗💗
The crease on your parchment paper will cause the sheet not to transfer. Also clear any dust particles from all sheets with a swifter cloth I hope that helps.
Thanks Sheree! Yes - that parchment paper is such a pain! As you can see in the video, I stopped using it as a top sheet because of the excess creasing that can happen! I'm thinking of upgrading to a laminator that does 7 mil so I can use a cardstock carrier folder. Do you have any experience with a 7 mil laminator?
What a fabulous tip! Will look forward to trying this! I also find that a long warm up for my laminator, like 15-20 min gives better results also… TY for sharing your expertise, hate to waste those sheets!🧑🏼🎨
Yes! Yes, though that's true, there aren't many options besides black toner sheets and designs from craft companies, and most people don't have a color laser printer. I do know of an Australian company that does color toner sheets, but they're not available here in the US. Anyway, I have another video that talks about using Hot Melt or Lite Heat & Bond from Therm-o-Web that lets you use the toner foil sheets in lots of different ways! th-cam.com/video/7buUrNChTWk/w-d-xo.html
This is a great tip!
Awesome! Can’t wait to try this!
Have fun! I hope the tips help!!

You're welcome! Yes - I let my machine warm up for a while too! It really does help a lot!
Actually, any color of toner works well!
