This song is a wonderful version of Los Chunguitos group. This performance was in honor of the soundtrack of a spanish movie “Deprisa, deprisa” (1981) directed by Carlos Saura. This is the reason why Rosalía tribute her version of “me quedo contigo” at Goya awards 2019 (spanish films awards)
The voice is incredible & the words are are incredibly moving. Lots of complex Spanish conjugations (for me anyway), but it makes it even more moving… brings a tear to your eye

This song is a wonderful version of Los Chunguitos group. This performance was in honor of the soundtrack of a spanish movie “Deprisa, deprisa” (1981) directed by Carlos Saura. This is the reason why Rosalía tribute her version of “me quedo contigo” at Goya awards 2019 (spanish films awards)

Rosalía has such a talent to convey emotion in whatever she sings that it's not surprising you cried...I know I did the first time I heard this too ♥️ I really hope you continue to react to her as she has so much substance and talent. Lyrically there's not much to it, but it's the way she sings it.
I also love Aunque Es de Noche (official video version). This last one is based on a medieval poem written by an imprisoned monk about the spiritual love for his God. I'm not religious, but it's a stunning song. She also makes it about death as well within the symbolism of the video.
