@RSorkin well that's surprising. Not a fan boy at all I just get his vids recommended aswell cuz I used to watch his vids for tips in the gym and his newer videos have these expirations where he uses his voice to like talk.

there are two sizes of mag grip in my gym. One's about shoulder width and one's a little bigger like that traditional lat pull down bar. Should I use that bigger one instead for lower lats? Since you said that wrist position won't matter.
I need advice. I have just started my 13th week of training, and I find it very difficult to do back exercises with either of these two bars. When I pull the bars, my forearms don't have enough strength to bring them close to my chest and complete the movement. I feel like my back can handle all the weight, but my arms aren't strong enough for it. They end up getting fatigued, I start feeling pain, and I can't finish the sets.

I thought it was the other way around? Using a mag grip biasing lower lats and wide grip biasing upper lats and teres muscle?
