My first attempt at Inktober. I am not a professional artist; I just like to draw and paint, and have wanted to do so every day this year. This looked like fun!
Great tips! I've never done Inktober before because dedicating the time to it was always a bit much on my schedule so I'm participating on my own terms and will get done what I can and choose the prompts that I think will challenge me the most. Happy inking!
i view doing inktober like going to the gym, everyone is there trying to improve on themselves so even if your a beginner or been going a while, there is no need to feel bad about yourself we all have bad days :]
You are such an adorable young guy, but simply no. I didn't plan, I have fun every day drawing, I didn't even post the artworks cause I have no twitter or Instagram. Don't take yourself and this challenge too seriously. Have fun, enjoy. That's all.
It's about big time fun!! I love to draw and ink when I have the time to. Keep it simply when there's not much time, skip that idea list/prompt list--I have plenty of stuff I want to draw/ink!! I have a son with autism, which take up a degree of time from art related activities. I have been trying to do INKTOBER forever, it just sounds like it would be real fun...which is the idea, I think!!
Thank you .., just found you today ❤❤❤ I would love to do inktober too … I always feel your all so talented compared to me … I procrastinate to much at my end, beginning is such a challenge for me ❤❤❤
Go for it! Don't compare yourself with others! Everyone is at a different level on their journey, but everyone starts small. If you don't practise, you won't improve. I'm learning a lot during Inktober. It is such a great feeling to be a part of such a world wide challenge where not just pros participate. (I, too, am an amateur, like so many others.) The whole challenge is about focus, practise, learning, improving and sharing. Do it! This video gives such great advice! Start simple, accept failure as part of the process, and once finished look back and be amazed about your achievements!
I am curious to know who gives the feedback that you are referring to. I have been posting on Facebook and, apart from some reacts there has been no feedback on my or anyone else's posts.
@@melaniehillebrand6398 good question! I’ve never used Facebook for posting inktober stuff or art, so I wouldn’t really know how the interactions in the art community on FB are. But on Instagram, I’d recommend when you post your art to comment or put in the description “let me know what you think!” Or to literally just say that you are looking for people to give you feedback on your art! Hope that helps!
Wait why are people still doing inktober? Doesn't he get rights to all your drawings. Just for tagging inktober?! I remember he made an inktober book with other artist drawings.
