Your work out regimen is based on a Three-Day Cycle. Day 1 will always be Chest, Anterior Delts, and Triceps. Day 2 will always be Back, Posterior Delts, and Biceps. Day 3 will always be Quads, Hamstrings, and Medial Delts. For EVERY DAY you will do pushups, Core (sit ups and/or the like), and Body-Weight Squats.
