    not agreeing with ''sleep too much''. Some people find sleep overrated, but think if you are tired how can you be productive? Every person has a sleep pattern, we all have our own peak window (morning, evening), etc. The rest of the info is pretty awesome. Thanks for this video

      I appreciate your feedback! Yes, it is important to get as much sleep as you need. Everyone is different. Some people only need 5 hours of sleep to be productive, while others need 8. All that matters is that we listen to our bodies and do what works best for us. Im happy to hear that you enjoyed the video.
