@MisterAnonymous1000 I wouldn't call him murderous. He's a soldier that's been in a war for who knows how long. Plus, he was killed once already. If anything, he stopped showing mercy to those he felt didn't deserve it, like Megatron.

Oh, believe you me, in 2014 everybody railroaded this film and it wasn’t because the original cast didn’t come back. Everyone thought that this was boring and were also disappointed because they thought this was gonna be taken to a new direction. They originally wanted to have Jason Statham to be the main star.
Some random fun Transformers facts! The dinosaur Autobots in this movie are a team known as the Dinobots; a team of Autobots who transform into robotic dinosaurs, and they're the first true beastformers (Transformers who turn into animal-like forms instead of vehicles or devices), barring the likes of Ravage and Skorponok who are more borderline cases. The Dinobots are infamously loose cannons who often flat out dislike Optimus for being too soft. Their leader is the t-rex, Grimlock, who has been portrayed as a goofy doofus but still a brutal juggernaut who straight up tried to backstab Optimus to become the leader of the Autobots, but overtime grew to respect him. In comics, he's been depicted as a much more intelligent and vicious strategist who thinks Optimus is weak for not just killing every single Decepticon on sight, taken to an extreme in Fall of Cybertron (one of the games) where he eats his enemies alive and screaming, cuts down fleeing enemies, and takes the severed heads of his enemies as trophies, which Optimus doesn't seem surprised by. In all incarnations, though, he hates bullies and wants to slaughter the Decepticons to the last one, because of their cruelty, abusive natures, and desire to kill all alien life; he may not LIKE humans, but he'll still fight to the death to save them. Grimlock is a bit of an oddball because he rarely shows up in series that can use him best; he mostly shows up in the more kid-friendly series, even though his best characterization is in the more gritty comics which emphasize his brutality AND his genuinely heroic qualities. He also often talks like a caveman; in the original cartoons this was because his brain was primitive, but its also been depicted as him talking that way on purpose to mess with people, or because he's suffered severe brain damage from having his brain mutilated. Even at his best, he's often a loose cannon who openly dislikes humans, and at one point threatened to kill the human kids hanging out with the Autobots because they asked him to save the other Autobots (at the time distant towards the Dinobots). He might have been bluffing, but he's just as likely to kill humans with no hesitation. He WILL still do the right thing, but he'll complain about how much of a pain you are. One reason Optimus fights him is because Grimlock will not follow you unless you earn his respect; by fighting him and doing well, Optimus earned Grimlock's respect. (This is also why he doesn't particularly care that Optimus set him free; if Optimus wants him to fight by his side, he's gotta EARN it. The Autobots bickering so much in this one is actually how they're conventionally depicted in most series. If anything they're restrained here. Those chicken-hand aliens at the beginning are the same Creators Lockdown referred to, and they're probably this continuity's version of the Quintesson; an alien species which created the Transformers as sapient robot slaves, whom they rose up against and defeated, and show up in other series as antagonists. Most continuities have the Transformers either created by the Quints, or by the creator-god Primus. This one is my favorite of the Bay Transformers movies, almost entirely because of the Dinobots, though I think Optimus' arc is very solid and emphasizes him as the true main character, with Cade's arc paralleling his own, so Cade is the least annoying human companion in this series. (For the same reason, I'm indifferent to that weird Romeo and Juliet sub-plot; its weird, annoying and gross, but I honestly don't care because its a boring human thing. Who cares?) I'd also say that Optimus gets an unfair amount of flack for his resentment towards humans; most of his friends died protecting them or were betrayed by humans to be melted down to make soldiers, he's sacrificed his life and world and SO MUCH for humans, and they backstabbed him. Given that his plan is just to leave and leave the humans to deal with their self-inflicted problems, that's UNBELIEVABLY restrained.

It is a beautiful visual spectacle but empty of content.
Age of Extinction actually has the longest runtime of the 5 Bay movies, but The Last Knight's pacing is so horrible it feels like 3 hours of nothing that leaves you confused more than anything. And I'm saying this as a big fan of these movies, I genuinely love the Bayverse... except TLK.
Mark walberg and Stanley tucci are in the fifth and final Micheal Bay movie.Anthony Hopkins(played Thor's father Odin) is also in that movie. Lots of new transformers in that movie. The creators of the transformers will be a huge part of the fifth installment, Transformers: The last Knight. Also keep in mind that movie is medieval England themed. HAHA, That's kind of the dream, though, isn't it? To be able to work in entertainment on your own terms. Live where you want to live. Be able to spend time with who you want to spend time with and still be able to make your own work and be sought after enough that you still can work in the regular system if you want. Pretty good life if you ask me. The waking up at 2am....he can keep that one. 🙂
He also violently attacked Vietnamese men for existing, and threw rocks and yelled the n word at black kids, and also was one of the idiots who insisted that 9/11 wouldn’t have happened if he’d been there, but I’m sure that his Christianity is totally the reason he’s hated.
This one is my favourite. Saw it in the cinema. When I was 14
Yo, super jelly!
Same, I got to see it in IMAX.
It was awesome.
Although I'm fond of the movie, I really can't stomach rewatching the film.
@@LIGHTNING132YTG I was 13 when I saw this with my grandmother!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊
Sounds right, it's at the intelectual level of a 14 year old.
@@MuppetsSh0w what's that supposed to mean?
Bumblebee's emotional because of his experience of bs in the war, including on Earth.
One thing that was never discussed is how Optimus just flies like iron man at the end of the movie while never having done it prior
Because he just can, he is an alien robotic organism after all.
@@Mrsplifferdoodleit’s miles better than just straight up flying with nothing like in the OG cartoons
@@jebbles588 Plus he flew in the third movie but required a jet pack to do so 🤔 Michael Bay & physics/logic don’t go together at all
@@Mrsplifferdoodle If the guy had jetpack feet, he should’ve been using them the whole movie.
I assume because of his new transformation for this film.
I’ll tell you right now…. I disliked (hated) those two characters - Yaeger’s daughter and her bf.
Kristin brought the girls out to play today i see lol
To me it's amazing that you guys first time watchers actually loved the movie, yet its considered to be the worst. What a shame that people only went with what rotten tomatoes said.
This movie is my absolute favorite along with the first movie.
Nah people think the last knight is the worse but as for me, i love this film and it's my favorite one out of the bay franchise.
I love how they have the same view of Shane as I do. I hate his character. Always being rude and disrespectful for no reason, unnecessarily.
"Pinteresting The Matrix way too hard" "The Force should be with you today" LMFAO Steph Sabraw, underrated comedic talent! Every video, she cracks me up at least once.
big bang is not the extinction of dinosaur but the creation of the universe...Steph
Next, Transformers Last Knight (Mark Wahlberg again).
Don't bother. That one's just bad... genuinely horrible. Not even "so bad it's good" like 2 and 4.
@@wingedbluj1674 I think The Last Knight is the worst of all, Dark Side Of The Moon is a masterpiece next to it, I liked all the movies in general, some more, some less, but The Last Knight was terrible, very weak script, boring, long, but yes, visually impressive, probably has the best special effects of all Transformers movies. It is a beautiful visual spectacle but empty of content.
They’re gonna hate that one 😅 If they feel like _this_ one ran long, they’re in for a surprise with The Last Knight
Age of Extinction actually has the longest runtime of the 5 Bay movies, but The Last Knight's pacing is so horrible it feels like 3 hours of nothing that leaves you confused more than anything.
And I'm saying this as a big fan of these movies, I genuinely love the Bayverse... except TLK.
@@wingedbluj1674Are you high? They're all fucking bad but for the first live action one from the Bayverse.
- "She has the best hands in the business ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)."
- "He drives dad."
The Big Bang is what created/started the universe not what killed the dinosaurs and I love mark too lol
This is definitely my favorite one! 😁 _Rise of the Beasts_ was pretty good too though.
Its the best one of the bay films in my opinion honestly.
My personal favourite in the franchise pure Michael Bay awesomeness
FYI what caused the dinosaurs extinction was a Meteor, not the big bang lmao. big bang refers to the origin of the universe
Wait did she say big bang lead dinosaurs to extinction? Or transformers destroying dinosaurs sounds more promising than big bang theory?
i love this new saga with this new characters

Mark walberg and Stanley tucci are in the fifth and final Micheal Bay movie.Anthony Hopkins(played Thor's father Odin) is also in that movie. Also as you guys move on to the fifth movie, some of the actual comic book lore does get used. What I will just say about the fifth movie is it's has the most twists and did not see that coming moments.there are big reveals about Optimus prime's back story that predates the cybertron war. Lots of new transformers in that movie. The creators of the transformers will be a huge part of the fifth installment, Transformers: The last Knight. Also keep in mind that movie is medieval England themed.
Now the movie after that is the Bumblebee spinoff movie. So yes Bumblebee does get his own movie.so I think Kristen will love that one. the Bumblebee movie is set in the 1980s.
I’m an Aquarius too!! January 29th. 😁😁😁
Steph's reaction to 1:08:25 had me in tears 😭
The first very first transformers and this one are my two favorite
I like to think of the transformers as like metallic angels good and the bad metallic angels I would call the fallen
The allsparks knowledge and transfered out of Sam's head and transfered into the matrix of leadership making it the allspark pretty much which makes sense that optimus survived the stab by lockdown
Fun fact about this movie is that they bring back the original voice actor for Megatron Frank welker Hugo weave in voice Megatron originally in the first three but Frank welker is the OG G-1 voice actor
Also Leonard Nimoy was the original voice for Galvatron but because they already had him voicing Sentinel Prime they had to go with someone else
Episode 4 of Star Wars(first movie released): "The force will be with you, always." - Obi-Wan
I Think This Movie was Good. At least is More Enjoyable Than : The Emoji Movie!
This duology is awesome. Bumblebee almost made it too. But Rise of the beasts ruined it though. Glad to see transformers in a new way in ONE.
"bUMBLEBEE" is more in line with original Transformers cartoons.
Okay and?
@@Mrsplifferdoodle?
Honestly, what pissed me off the most about Age Of Extinction is the fact that they killed Ratchet. I do love the inclusion of Hound, Crosshairs and Drift.
Also, please do a react to the three seasons of Transformers Prime and the concluding movie called Predacons Rising.
Optimus was a cab over semi truck in the original cartoon so that's one of the things I liked about this version at least they paid homage to the original
I was expecting your reaction from the thumbnail.
Lockdown isn't Decepticon, nor does he belong to any faction he is a bounty hunter
More Steph and Kristen!!!!! I SAY GODDAMNN!!!😂😂😂
Rip to the fallen autobots
Transformers The Last Knight is gonna be crazy
The initial version of Optimus is a more accurate style of truck with the flat front as the original comics and cartoons. The green is supposed to be oil, like any normal machine/engine would have in it. Just like the red in the last movie.
It's not oil, but liquid Energon.
