WOW! My mind is officially BLOWN! I use Adobe Illustrator to edit graphic elements in a design, but I use Photoshop to create the final composite PNG. With your techniques you've shown here, I'll start experimenting with using Illustrator to create final PNGs instead. And I'll also check to see how many of these techniques apply to Photoshop. (The Actions technique applies for sure.) Thank you!

my "distressed" effect is hoping enough of the design is still on the shirt after one lite wash that the customer doesnt immediately file for a return

Why isn't the T-shirt BSR showing up on Amazon (N/A) even though it's been two days since it was sold?
Been hearing of this glitch a lot lately, it must be some issue with amazon incorrectly displaying BSRs currently

In the bonus tip at (15.10) I do as you say but the white text color becomes colorless.
