Hi RIchard. Your videos for Access have been amazing and very helpful. I love the way you explain it on my level for me to understand it. I am working on a continuous form that I am having trouble with the figuring out the formula I need for the "SumExtPrice" that is in my form footer. I need to figure out how to incorporate 4 IIF statements or the SWITCH for this box. I am hoping you can help me with it. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks and can't get it. I am not sure if I should create another "Totals" in the form footer to add the IIF statements or If I can do it right in the "SumExtPrice" box. What I need it to do is if the "SumExtPrice" is =$300 and is =$1000 and is =$5000 then it needs to multiply it by 1.08. I seen you examples that you had shown "Grade =90, "A". I am assuming and have tried to put the multiply in the quotes for my end result, but it hasn't worked. I am getting stuck on the 2 iff statements that have the less/egal and greater than in one IIF statement. Can you please help me with this formula and to understand how do I get this result. I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge in all of these videos. Thank you for your help!
I need to calculate the fine for the delay.. that is, calculate the difference between two dates. The fine is calculated if the delay is seven days.. Thank you for your excellent explanation.
Can we have a query as the true or false condition? Eg: IIF (condition, Query 1, Query 2)? I have a condition where if the login id is not admin, execute a query without some values, else if it is an admin, show more values of that query.

I have 756 data with different units, so I want to show them with the products using the if and else statement. example: if([ items]="Nokia", "phone") like this. but the data is too much and cannot be entered in the data attribute. what do I have to do now?
What if I want this way: on unbound control in the form to get totals if one column matches condition: =Count(iif([Priority]="1" and (FullyEvaluated]=-1),0)). If does not exist Priority 1, then show 0 total. I want to see the Fully Evaluated totals only for people that is Priority 1. Or sometimes I want to see the Fully Evaluated totals for only the Priority="2". I am struggling to write the formula, should I put "and" or comma and "and". Anybody knows here.

Lets say i have a field called "type" the value of this field is only 2 choices, 1 is the red, and the other one is blue, if i select red, then the two field computed by addition then put the result in "result" field.. but if i select blue the two field computed by subtraction the put the result in "result" field.
