Steve Griffiths, WANKER. You EVRd the full timers and now it's full of anguard staff ( royal mail's owned agency) where wages are about £5.68 per hour less than a full timer. They have to do 12 weeks to get nearly the same hourly rate as a postal workers but as they are zero hour casuals they just let them not work for z6 weeks and then they start back on the minimum wage of £8.72 per hour. I'm an ex HGV driver with RM. What was a good job is now fucked. But never mind as long as the shareholders get their dividends. And how can it be called a private company when they have to deliver for other So called mail companies ( UK MAIL, TNT,) at a loss. You couldn't make it up. Now the posture overtime is less than their normal hourly rate. I'm surprised that a few DOMs ( delivery office managers or links ( line managers) haven't had the shit kicked out of them and put through the Lsms.
