In the snow scenes where it’s actually snowing, might I suggest killing the sun shadows to make it look more overcast?
World Editor/ SunSky/brightness turned down to 0. Or SunSky/ambience brought down to low grayscale RGB values.
Maybe bring the cloud levels to full overcast , and/or turn the sky color gray to mimic overcast skies.
Bring theLevelInfo/fog/visibility to maybe somewhere around 0.04 and fog height to 5000 or 6000, to make it appear as though the snow is hampering visibility and to mask any remaining clear skies.

Your video would be better if you stop using private mods. They are private for a reason for you to use and not for youtube use.
The MAN truck is not for public. But I have official access to this mod, and creator does know about it... So I don't see any problem.
