There’s just not enough Stellar Crystal resource to around to have Harak built up. Oh well in time I’ll eventually build that unit but until then I’d rather build up Pharesto as my priority.
Yeah you'll have to churn out some dough to get more Stellar Crystal. I spent 250 dollars just so I ensure to get enough for S+ Harak, that includes 157 stellar crystal I had saved up.
The dumbest thing is that all those cc think we are spenders or something, totally unrealistic attitude, I find most of their content useless since I don't have half of the units they use in their videos
Just started AFKJ four days ago, your videos and prydwin guides are great help. Glad I stumbled across them early, almost went whole wrong way of collecting every unit instead of building selected few.
Also in auto mode for the afk stages haha :3! I definitely want to get a copy of Harak, but I'm using resources for Phrestro at the moment since he's a little less team dependent. Thanks for the breakdown and tips!!

as a low spender each day im going down in dream realm rankings, ive started from top5 to top 20 and i dont know how to improve cuz im a newbie yes im checking all the guides but they all about s+ heroes comps so as a newbie if your hero is m+ like my lily may im doing more dmg with my s+ odie and cant improve more as only thing i can do is upgrade my s+ heroes ex weapons but cant improve again cuz i dont have that much essences, HARDSTUCK and thing is ppl lower than me can deal better dmgs cuz they were lucky with lily may lmao and cant even go near whales. and i have most of the op units s+ other than lily may even tho i got her from 2 double pulls at first week lmao
I like Ulmus as my main tank, with Lily May and Hewynn for wilder buff, with Arden, Carolina, Eironn, Tasi, or Talene in the variable spots dependent on the situation.
Only have 1 copy of harak but have been auto staging him in a wilder stack for faction talent stages and while he doesn’t always last the whole fight but typically he is a beast. Typically I’ve been using tasi, Lily may, and parisa. I have supreme talene in there as well
I've never really pushed hard on AFK Stages, but I'm not in a particularly competitive server so I know I'll catch up towards the end of each season anyway. I went from 100-150 in DR when the season started and I fell behind the spenders and more dedicated players, to top 15-30 now depending on the boss. Although I guess I'm going to fall back off if Harak is this strong in DR, no way I'm going to be able to build him any time soon. Still working on Phraesto, I built Talene after Reinier against all advice because she's cool and fun (no regrets). Phraesto is already working okay for me in DR at L+, though, so maybe I should switch over to Harak now. It'll still be ages before I get him built, though.
I have to have some serious time to actually semi-manual AFK stages rn (currently at 1835, Resonance Level 906) but as F2P, I really need to get the Talent Essences for competing in the Supreme Arena (holding Rank 25 to 6 with some variance on how late I can do my battles before reset) - but I dunno, it gets really boring at times and I would like not doing it honestly. For Hypogean/Celestials, I just have M+ Reinier, S+ fully invested Talene and M+ 3* Phraesto, looking forward to finishing him anytime soon hopefully and then, it's either Harak or Scarlita probably... I would have loved to go for Berial tho, he looks so fun to play with but alas, Scamgazers are a pain
My scamgazers luck is so bad that by the time I'll finish my Phraesto I'm afraid if he'll even be relevant or not 😭 Plus since Harak has come my rankings in various modes has dropped too, whales are whaling hard!! Wish me luck guys 🤞
I'm just glad I decided to abandon Scarlita at S when I did, to build Phraesto earlier, because I got him done just in time and was saving up for Talene, now I can go straight into Harak instead😊 Afk stage wise...I do them once on monday on auto since I hit softcap😂 no point in pushing.
Alright, I waited long enough and everything's been pointing towards Harak being OP and the best option after Reiner M+ and Pesto Sauce S+ so I guess it's just time to get Shark boy to S+ not that I'm complaining cause his design is sick AF but with how insanely important stargazer pulls are I had to be extra extra careful to make the right decisions.
I had to hold my crystals cause I don't have enough for M+. Can't wait for the next month shop reset so I can get more crystals. Definitely gonna build him.
Ive past soft cap for dream realm and Im still manual pushing afk stages. With my pesto still being Mythic, Id probably start working on Harak by March Next year XD

That's a trade off we knew we facing, if you go full in on any cele/hypo, the next time you can finish next one will be probably in half a year

Auto is the way! Manual is a bit hassle vs the reward it gives
I always use auto for afk stages with my main set teams first then use the records ones to push a bit further when I hit a wall.
Your tier list definitely helps a F2P as myself to see which characters I should focus.

nah, just auto with a minor adjustment if it's too stuck after lvling up to a new xy1 lvl.
I'm mainly auto, but try to get a few manual pushes. We're only a few weeks into the season and I'm a low spender. The rewards help
