Is there any length deference in ICF coaches, I have observed that some coaches have extra seat for TT and in this coaches, the total number of windows are 19 instead of 18.. if we consider that.. then some ICF coach length should be long then 22.28 mtr. ... As per your calculation for icf coach total lenght of train with 24 coach is only 555 mtr, there is still margin of 95 mtr as the criteria told by you is 650 mtr(lenght of loop line). So 4 more coaches can be added without any problem.making total no of coach 28. I am no expert of railway.pls explain.
