You're using gacha as a base, but later convert it to your own chibi artstyle, I'd say. THIS IS BEAUTIFUL :3

I was always confused when people used gacha but the style was edited so much to the point it wasn't gacha, just their style!

I don't think I've ever done this. But I feel like I need to for this time. *Time to deep dive into Kitty/Chip's artstyle and Luna because yes😍!*
First off, like a lot of comments have said, I agree that you seem to use Gacha as a guide and make it into your own chibi style with the shape of the legs, pointy chin, drawing them taller than the usual Gacha base, etc. I also don't consider this Gacha anymore, but I don't think that's a negative thing ^^!
My first thought seeing the fully finished picture was: "WoW, she somehow managed to include every single color in there without it looking too out of place?!?!?!" Yes, I'm talking about the lighting on the edges of Luna! But by adding all those colors, I think it captures who Luna *could* be as a character. Of course, this is all theory and speculation and I could still be wrong about some of this. But I imagine Luna as a kind and caring person who believes in the good of everything and everyone. A hope for a better place, a better world... The star, her expression, her body language, and the way it *feels* like she's surrounded by every color in that pitch black darkness, really capture that feeling of hope and goodness. It's so wonderful, that it makes me so happy and hopeful too ^^! Your artstyle is generally very shiny /pos but in this particular scenario, it looks even cooler if we take the hope symbolism further.
Also, I thought it's so interesting that Luna has the qualities of a wolf, who are always depicted as preys in a lot of stories (COUGH I'm also guilty of this-). Even her name, which is related to moon, makes me think of werewolves who only come out during full moon and are always known for the dangerous monsters they are. So to see a wolf character being the cinnamon roll is so refreshing and interesting😍✨️!
I absolutely adore the way you manage to make the artwork feel so flowy with the way you drew her hair and tail. It's something I always wanna get better at and make the hairs of my characters feel as flowy as possible. But it's been a hard journey, haha 😅... I shall definitely take note of draw a lot of thhe thingsI dislike/have more trouble in my art. Thank you sensei😔🙏✨️💕.
For my final notes, I wanna talk about the new changes in Luna's design that I LOVE SO MUCH! *Inhales* THE EYE SHADOWWWWW😭🙌💙!!! Despite being a girl who doesn't like make up, I love seeing cinnamon rolls dressing up pretty and/or wearing make-up. It's so rare😭... They're usually for the more confident or bratty characters. So this is another breath of fresh air that I appreciate ^^! Another thing I like about her new design are the chunky shoes. I feel like most people would have their characters with the pretty clothes wear pretty shoes too /nm /lh. You know, have heels and all. But for some reason, the chunky shoes added so much personality to her too! She likes wearing cute outfits, but when it comes to shoes, she likes wearing sports shoes. Not just because of her job, but also because she feels the most comfortable in them and we love her for it🥺👉👈💕!!!

Yes I still consider this Gacha. You’re using your gacha character as a base and a reference. I do this with my art where I use my gacha characters as a base or reference but my art style is different.
