Just as there are the two Pakistans you have described, there are also two Britains and two Americas - there is a millionaire-billionaire class, and then there is the class of homeless people sleeping rough under bridges, or not being able to heat their homes in winter because a greater priority is getting enough food. That’s called inequality.
