That’s kinda just how products work 😭 It’s similar to asking what if your glasses get scratched after buying them, there isn’t rly anything she can do. Some ppl prefer to leave their keychains as a collectors item at their home so it doesn’t get scratched, others keep it on the backpack and don’t mind if it gets a few scratches over time. Theres a trick i made up for already scratch keychains, you can put a layer of clear nail polish on top to make the scratch seem less noticeable 😊 but when its directly in the light you can still see the scratches if there deep

Took me 4 days to find the dent after we installed it. Small dent on the corner logo and you could only see it in certain lighting. Dents and scratches are not that important in life.
