FOOD MUSEUM OF FILIPINO CUISINES: Architectural Design 10 Thesis Presentation

For thousands of years, eating has been part of our tradition. Through happy times, sad, celebrations, and even mourning. It has been part of Filipino culture and tradition. Underneath these joyous, even sad moments, are stories to tell. The question is, "What is the story?" "What is the narrative of our Filipino Food Culture?"
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the Food Museum of Filipino Cuisines: Advancing Distributed Museums through Narrative Multi-sensory Architecture. This video was presented and successfully defended last June 21, 2021, through Zoom Meeting at 9am.
