From personal experience sharing a few suggestions for both of you.
1. Avoid taking pre-ready injections. They are meant to be diluted at the time of consumption.
2. Caffeine is an enemy during fertility process.
3. Go for ICSI/ PICSI + blastocyst
4. After pickup, try to connect with your embryos telepathically. Exchange the energies and request your AA embryos to get implanted this time for a beautiful life.
5. Avoid intense work out for lower abdomen so that your ovaries don't get any stress or impact.

🙏 Yes! Avoiding Caffeine may b helpful ... won't say limiting as it seems intake is bit over the limit so in this situation better to avoid it ... (even though some says Coffee helps to raise Low BP fast but it helps only for sometime ) ...

I just started watching your Vlogs. I went through IVF 25 years ago. It’s a journey which is tough and no one will understand that process. But today I have a beautiful daughter who will be 25 in two weeks.
Lots of Ashirvaad and I pray for you and Avinash. Believe me, you will succeed and give birth to a beautiful and healthy baby/babies.

My mom and dad had me after 11 years of their marriage.... basically i was born through ivf process...this process is very hard for those who are facing.....and the most interesting fact is that my dad had preserved all the injection and medicine package as a memory.....now looking at all those packs i realise what the amount of mental and physical pressure my mum was going through...today I'm a 19 year-old have a great ambition of being a great doctor to do more research on advanced medical technologies...
It's been 10 years of my marriage. In the year 2019 I got my first pregnancy but I lost it when I was 9 month pregnant. But we didn't give up and still trying our best. We all will pray for you. Just be the way you are. We all love you.😙

I almost cried seeing this video. You guys are not alone. There are so many women these days fighting for the same. Even I have PCOS (31, married). We have never tried for a baby. But both of us are mentally strong. If something bad happens then we will go for ADOPTION. These kind of videos make us strong.

Though I never went through IVF, I was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy, I recovered after so many medical treatments. I got tired and I was going through it all. I conceived naturally, which was a wonder in itself. I'm finally happy to be a mother of two lovely daughters. believe me apki mummy seriously wants to see your baby. surely it will happen soon. all women are strong but you are the strongest. just do some yoga dedicated to pregnancy and avoid hardcore exercise. and no coffee.

Here, these guys already have babies in their house and they are no less than humans.
Being childfree is the way to go now as we are already overpopulated.

Hi Sambhavna, I’ve had many IUI’s and surgeries like fibroid removal cyst removal etc and then 2 IVF’s. I had conceived in the second IVF but unfortunately lost by baby when I was 6 months pregnant.
Just a few points which I think you can take care of:
Before going for embryo inception, have enough water to make your bladder feel a LITTLE full, rest for an hour in the hospital itself.
After coming home you HAVE to avoid any heavy work, infact I don’t think you should exercise heavy too for 15 days.
I hope you have been prescribed progesterone insert tablets they help lining the uterus.
Also one of my well wisher gave me a mantra to recite , I used to hear it on you tube while lying down, pls look for’ Devki sut Gobind vasudev jagat pitay’ mantra and hear it while lying down, chant it of possible.
Il be trying for a baby again, hope you & I get success ♥️

Hii sambhavna….. I can totally relate to this, have been through 4 rounds of IVF. 3 were successful too but I lost all 3 at later stages….last was unsuccessful. Every time it felt like….I failed in life…whereas it was actually not in our control.gathering courage every time takes lot of strength. But I am a strongly believe that everything happens for a reason and is always right for us, it teaches us something and makes us strong. After a small Depressing phase, I just channelise all my energies in being happy and healthy too, left all treatments.followed some yoga diligently and just 6 month after that I conceived naturally and blessed with a beautiful life after 11 years of marriage. All my wishes and prayers for you….you will definitely get what is destined to you and what you are committed for. And believe me, once you get that, you will forget all the pain like it never existed….👍😊

Some people are really insensitive! I am also going through this procedure and i know how painful and frustrating this is. And the worst part is when people keep asking you "what happened". Please read the book " It starts with the egg" by Rebecca Fett. Its life changing for couples struggling with infertility. Also, avoid coffee and caffeine in general ( including chai, green tea, hot chocolate & dark chocolate). Caffeine can be a factor too for couples already struggling. Also, it takes 90 days( 3 months) for both egg and sperm to replenish in terms of quality, so if this cycle fails. I recommend you both to go on a clean healthy diet and avoid alcohol, caffeine, drink lots of water, meditate( try to lower stress because streas affects sperm and egg quality too). Also, sleep 8 hours minimum and don't watch mobile phone or TV or ipad 2 hours bwfore bedtime ( melatonin levels affect fertility too). Husband should avoid cycling and in general, both husband and wife should stick to low intensity exercises like walking and yoga. High intensity exercises can affect fertility. Good luck guys. Dear Sambhavna, Every time your vlogs make me and my husband laugh and smile but today I cried because I know this pain that you are going through. Those pick-ups, medication, injections, embryo transfer etc etc been through everything that you have mentioned in your video today. I had been through 2 IUI's and 4 IVF attempts but it all failed, finally our 5th attempt in 2016 was successful and I had a healthy baby in November 2016 . He is 5 years old now. You guys are inspiration to all those couple who are trying for child. 😘😘just wanted to give you one advise as I see the IVF process closely. Please don’t do heavy workout when trying IVF only a walk will help. Also don’t do heavy dance which can put pressure on stomach.

Sambhavna mam, and abhinash sir, mai ap dono k vlogs dekhty hu , aur mujhe bahut ache lagte hai, i know har insaan ki journey alag alag hoty hai sabse problems sabki thinking alag hoty hai, ap jesa ki bata rahi hai ki apko is IVF proccess se gujarna pada aur apke body mai bahuttt changes bhi aaye ,sirf ek bachche ki khushi paane k liye ap itna dard sehen kar rahe hai, har insaan apna bachcha chahta hai jise bo janam de kr is duniya mai laye , aur mai usko galat nahi maanty , mai hu ya ap ya koi bhi har insaan kasht kitna bhi sehen kar le pr apna baby chahta hai, but mera ye manna hai ki agar apko itna sab karne k baad bhi baby nahi ho rha hai, to ap adopt bhi kar sakty hai , kyuki mamta hona jaruri hai , kisi anath bachche k uper mamta ka hanth fer dijiye bo bhi bahut bada punya hota hai use maa baap mil jayege apko apna bachcha , its just my thinking mam and sir, sory agar apko bura lage meri baat 🙏🏻 but its just my thinking, kyuki jiske ander mamta hoty hai uske liye apna bachcha ho ya godh liya hua sab apne hi hote hai. kyuki hum sab hai to ishwar ka ansh roop hi .sory if i am wronge .
