Not even halfway through and already have picked out like 3 ideas for my stream overlay, YT videos, and basic collabs! You were spot on when you said this one's a Banger! Thank you 🙏
Loved the video and learning all this cool stuff. I do like that cam switch between guest and you. Hopefully we see a tutorial on that soon. Thank you for the video
Great video Gael! Automations like this are absolutely beast for creators! Watching this gave me an idea: You mentioned the intro to your podcast, you could simply have the video asset as a source hidden and use something like StreamerBot or the Aitum App to unhide it when you click "record" in OBS, thereby starting your podcast as well. Then you wouldn't even need to add the intro in post (if you even need post anymore is questionable).
Lots of value here! Got a question though... I'm running the Pexel video in the background but it seems to randomly speed up, what could cause this? I'm on Mac,
Very useful vid. This is a podcast gamechanger! When using Advanced Scene Switcher's automatic 'if audio is x' to switch scenes, is there a way to make sure that whatever scene is switched to first remains current for y amount of time? As you demonstrated in this video if 2 or more audio sources meet Advanced Scene Switcher's audio thresholds it creates very skitterish cuts. If the Scene Switcher could be told to hold a given scene for at least a second, this would literally be perfect. I'm still going to use it though!
it's really cool... I am in the "planning stage" of a podcast (remote interviews of tech operators, CFOs etc) so this video is really a godsend! OBS seems to be a very powerful weapon. Quick questions: would you know a service/software that would do the transcripts? anything to slice the final video in segments/chapters for TH-cam? thanks!
Hi! Any idea how this could work for a remote interview where there will be 2 camera angles from my side? Baically: when I ask a question : OBS shows whoever speaks in full screen. When I don't speak, OBS shows my 2nd cam (angle) in the bottom left of the screen. Thanks!
Sir , new games liek csgo2 , the finals are very high cpu and gpu intensive games and streaming those games are overloading the cpu and gpu , can you suggest us the obs setting which wont effect our overall performance and smooth streaming.
While streaming, I limit FPS in games to 60FPS leaving me with enough GPU headroom for OBS. If your game doesn't have the option to limit the framerate, you can limit your FPS in the GPU settings. gg
you know the stuff very well and this is very advsnced for me, very fast and going over my head. Please make a video and do this slowly so that boomer like me understad and learn, and my brain is capable to register the commands . Thank You though.
22 minutes and 22 seconds of pure value. Thank you!

Thank you. I am setting up my podcast studio and I hope it will help me a lot. ❤
Short of setting up OBS for us, Gael just raised the collective intelligence of the podcasting world by 100%
This is just what I was hoping to find. Thank you for the excellent tutorial!
Advanced Screen Switcher.... should probably have a better acronym, but that app is pretty phat. Great find! Gael Level with another banger!
I love this. Next lets add ISO scene recording in case something goes wrong... and pray OBS doesn't crash
Yes. A banger. Most of my content is live interviews. This will make it look soooooo good!
I don't do podcasts but, man this was a banger, I was also exicted as you when the scene switcher started working. nice vibes

Triggering automation on audio levels gives me a ton of ideas.
Your videos are always inspiring something!
This is helpful thank you. Can you make a video on how to setup Discord for podcasting? and how does inviting guests work with this setup?
@Gael_Level Another question is how do we connect audio in this setup?
Good look homie!!! I've been using a lot of these pieces individually and to see them put all together is mind blowing. Thanks for the inspiration.
Bro this is sooo fucking awesome haha love how you impressed yourself there too 🥲🥰🦦
I've been looking for this video great work bro😊
Oh wow, this is pure genius! Can't thank you enough!

Oh I needed this in my life! Thank you Gael
Great tutorial. Well done and thank you 🤝!
Looking forward to more magic you create using the Advanced Scene Switcher! just installed it today myself.
Thank you so much for this!!
Thanks, this is very helpful!

Super informative as always. Have you already contacted my mom to have her as a guest? or should I?
This a solid content!
Lots of value here! Got a question though... I'm running the Pexel video in the background but it seems to randomly speed up, what could cause this? I'm on Mac,
would there be a way to have it go back to the "me + guest" scene when both of us are talking or when no one is talking?
@2:06 you click "input overlay"... how do I get that? I only know "window capture and display capture. Thanks for your words, tremendous help!

this is amazing!
Bravo sir! amazing stuff
Can you control everyone's volume on the podcast set-up too, making sure that they're all at the same level, Gael?
Do you have to use discord to do this, or can you use collab cam? My camera seems a bit delayed when I use discord to show myself.
I wonder if the automatic scene switcher could add on a couple logic steps to open the you and guest scene whenever both are speaking.
Yes it can do that
Thanks for this, now people might actually look at the podcast instead of actually listening to me lol

Help!
How do you left-justify the canvass
You didn't say how to use the "Me + Guest" scene automatically triggered by the auto scene switcher.
Is it possible?
Valueee ♥ Great content , can you share this overlay files !
I am a fan 😹
What capture card are you using?
Can you help me setup something similar today if we hopped in discord or something
what size did u make the webcams?
Is Discord better then using Vdo Ninja?
Wonder how this would work with a live stream

Do both persons need to have obs on their devices ?
Nope, not at all. Just the streamer
Can I do this with a remote guest ?

@@Gael_Level thank you 🙏🏾
