Seems you are new to Uber... When you cancel and dnt accept the order frequently it impacts your acceptance and cancellation rate and then Uber algorithm will decrease the value of request.. also they can put your account on hold if you do not maintain those rates. Haha and 80km to 130kms unbelievable... So rear lucky day for sure..
