I would never open the door to his practice room and tell him that’s enough for the night. I’d tell him that if he stops playing then he’s punished! Also… only time in history the neighbors complain when he STOPS playing!

To be fair to the others, something like this takes a 100 percent concentration, which makes it very difficult to actually enjoy yourself playing, hence the apparent lack of heart. This just speaks to how good this guy is.

That and the China ostianato section I think are the hardest parts but for totally inverse reasons: the focus to keep the bells in time is actually really tough with them being opposite the guitar. This is a phenomenal performance
