Eyelash extensions look better on Instagram which is important for Sammy coz she's got more followers there.
She honestly would probably rather not have them but the convenience of not having to put mascara on every day or having to deal with it makes them worth it

Anna Harder I wouldn’t necessarily call this criticising? I’m not pointing out any of her flaws or anything; those eyelash extentions aren’t naturally a part of her anyway. Her face looks softer and more youthful without them, also her eyes pop out more, and I only had good intentions when i made this comment, i love Sammy and i want her to look her best. That’s it. Y’all snowflakes need to chill.

Great vid Sam!! I loved the voice over when you went to the shops! I know people want you to virtually include us more instead of just recaps so I feel like if you keep this up as a silent filming while you're there and then a "dear diary" so to speak voice over to overlay afterwards it would be so awesome! I totally agreed with all the answers that you thought didn't make any sense. I am the same way. You're a few years younger than me but I kept saying to myself, wow she really has a good head on her shoulders. I'm looking forward to seeing how that grows with you as you get older. Hey Sammy! I noticed how much you love taking vitamins and supplements however supplements only have been proven to have major health benefits whenever deficiencies are present or you are at risk, since you seem young and very healthy i appears you don’t actually need supplements especially since you have a generally pretty healthy diet encorporating all good groups therefore meeting the recommended dietary intake for a majority of your vitamins and minerals. I am a nutritionist and it seems like you don’t particularly need to take supplements. Your diet seems pretty substantial so I wouldn’t worry too much daily vitamins. So the vitamins youre having probably won’t have much effects at all (maybe just the probiotics combatting the aftermath of the antibiotics) but when you say you feel healthier when taking vitamins, studies have proven with large groups of healthy people that is it a state of mind they feel when they consume supplements because they feel supplements make them healthier it is not actually the general physical feeling of helathiness. Love your vids btw

Honestly, protein powder and powdered greens as well as powdered coconut water are really not essential if you’re getting adequate nutrition from your diet and drinking enough water. Nor are supplements. It’s not expensive to be healthy, you just need to educate yourself and if you’re struggling see a nutritionist or dietitian to guide you in the right direction :)
