Very nice country ! Strict government ! Safe and tidy ! People working ! Having fun but safe fun ! We used to do something similar in Mexico not anymore too unsafe ! Would like to visit Botswana one day.

So, it's kinda like teenagers who gather in supermarket car parks. Only this time, playing music through your car speaker to people who actually want to hear it. And a happy get-together is better than just sitting around thinking "My car is proper sick, innit. All dat money I spent on the body kits was well worth it innit. Shame about the bass heavy speakers and terrible taste in music though innit?"
its not done outside supermarkets, its people parking outside drinking establishments n drinking. usually happens when bars are to packed to accommodate the whole lot
