Excellent fileting job! Sweet catches! That trailer is the bomb. Last time I went ice fishing (way before you were born) we didn't have a hut or even a tent. I froze my ass off and only caught a white perch lol
Can't wait for ice in SW Wisconsin. Those 14+ inch perch are calling me. lol. I pretty much only panfish now through the ice. Living Right along the Mississippi, walleye aren't even a challenge anymore. I chase the humongous panfish. It's not a passion it's my obsession.

Not trying to sound like a smart ass but you said “”unthawing” some steaks” and I use work in a meat shop/ little retail store and I use to also say that, “unthaw” but some customers would said that it’s actually just ‘thawing’ because, UNthawing is technically freezing something! 😂😂 just had to say that lol

Hey, I keep see you guys cooking some kind of venison. I know people like to eat meat on the rear side. And it's good for a person. But Incase nobody has tool you yet. Venison and pork should never be eaten rear . They say venison and pork. Can have some kind of worms in the meat. So venison and pork needs to be cooked all the way through. Don't take my word for it. Ask around, do some research on it. You guys are so unprofessional. I like that. Who needs stuffy professional fisherman. Just Living life. You have a nice office. With a hole in the floor. Catching fish.what a life. Your living the life most people can only dream about. Keep it up the Good work. How do you get out to their shacks? Do you drive your own vehicles on the ice, does JRs provide transportation? I saw Brock walked (brrr!). Definitly down to walk but not sure how long the distance is usually.
Ice is thick enough now to drive your vehicle out!
