Little John needs more than regular visit to the gym. Look at his belly. The gym will never and can never reduce that belly without a change in eating and drinking habits. The gut and liver is responsible for our health and you can tell that sooner or later Little John will be suffering from Kidney problems, fatty liver, diabetes, paralysis, numbness and many more symptoms, if it has not started already. Little John needs to practice intermittent fasting immediately and cut out alcohol and fatty foods and most unhealthy carbs. His gut has to be cleaned to reduce that enormous big belly. Big belly is the cause and culprit to many of our health problem including diabetes and back pain. He boast about having 25 children with different women and I can understand why he could not have had a better mindset to keep himself from being morbidly obese. What mindset would impregnate 25 women when children set us back in life if we are going to be hands-on parenting. Can you imagine having to visit each children every day to take them to the doctor, pay for their food, pay for their schools. Why cant we ever use our brains to stop having so many children. I bet he did not do well in school. Little John you better smarten up now and practice intermittent fasting and only eat once a day in between drinking water with lemon or boing rosemary water or ginger water to help with inflamation in the gut.
