I was able to answer most but having a hard time. Based on comments its seems to be n4 level that is why. For N5 I don’t have problem at all. Though I am bit advance and took some partial n4 already which might be the reason i can somehow understand.

Agreed. Usually in the actual JLPT, they don't use informal forms of grammar, and some of the verbs used in this mock test are actually in N4.

これは絶対にN5レベルではなく、N4レベルとして分類されるべきです。使用されている動詞の中にはN4に属するものもあり、話すスピードは少し速く、話者たちはN5レベルには適さない形式の文法を使っています。にもかかわらず、これはN4受験者にとって良い練習です。
女性の話者が少し早口で話します。
