Los amigos que más ayudaron a Vietnam fueron la Unión Soviética, Cuba e Irak. Cuba está bajo embargo, por lo que es extremadamente difícil para ellos. Vietnam también ha pasado por un período de embargo de Estados Unidos, por lo que es extremadamente miserable debido a la pobreza.

[2] 15 hrs daily blackout, [3] queue for daily necessities, [4] dilapidated private buildings, [5] streets full of pit holes & rubbishes, [6] poor slow life style, [7] classic cars, [8] city life devoid of modern amenities, [9] but not any beggars in the city, [10 ]96% literacy, [11] 75+ life expectancy, [12] Medicare system strong for Cubans, [13] multi culture society with African prominence, [14] perhaps citizens are habituated by frugal disposition, [15] no democracy, [16] no voting rights, all because: communism is in command. Are the Cuban people happy with their life style?

C'est être méchant de la part des américains. Le même communisme est en Chine mais la Chine prospère.. es une raison de priver cuba sous prétexte que c'est un communiste qui est a la tête. D'ailleurs lonu trouve que cette sanction est cynique et demande la levée de lembargo
