Hi Micaela, nice to see you and your daughter having fun together. You said your love Mexican Fiesta cheese (shredded) of coarse, well, I love me some Mexican food, but I love cooking authentic Mexican food. I learned how to cook it living with my husband for 23 years. He taught me how and his mother came to visit from Mexico and she cooked for us the whole time she was here (for about 2 weeks). She told my husband that she "wanted" to do the cooking, I think she really wanted to, my husband had not seen her for 23 years if you can believe that one, and the good part is she said she is coming back. We are missing her already. Nice to learn more about you and your daughter. Hope you both have a beautiful Memorial Day!
