I was in 1st year high school when this song came out. Loved Owl City so much since then. Now my 7 y/o daughter sings along to this song, too. That's how beautiful Owl City's songs are, not to mention child-friendly, too.

My mother is gone, and I remember so many memories with her around the time this song came out, her taking me to breakfast for a mother & son day on my birthday and then taking me to Gamestop to pick up what was the last copy of a game i really wanted all the way to our first trip to Disney World in Florida (my first time on a plane). I have so many memories of her telling me to get off the phone with my then girlfriend cause it was 2am and i had school the next day all while this song played in the background on one of those "teen music" channels on TV. I can't tell my Mother I love her in person anymore or hug her tight in my arms. This song is one of the only comforts I have to remember a simpler time when everything (as far as I knew) was relatively okay. So please, don't be like me, go hug them and tell them that you love them while you still can.
