Thank you! Depression is real, but there's hope and you can heal from it 🙏 It can be extremely hard, but it's not impossible. For me, depression is being stuck in a cycle and habit of depressing and negative thoughts/ feelings, over and over for many years. But when you realize that you are in control of choosing to practice positive and healthy thoughts and feelings over and over until it's natural. It will help you a whole lot.
