Love the last one, the affirmation book. I think it's very beautiful that you talk about yoga and meditation and how it helps you. Some people don't like to talk about it because of their religion and it's kind of tabo topic still and its sad. I also journal do gratitude and affirmations and meditate. And recently I've been loving group meditations. ❤️ much love
I’ve found it so so so helpful to just sit with myself and my thoughts for 10-20 mins a day. Meditation and yoga have literally transformed my life.

I swear by that binder. Literally ANYTHING that is worrying me I write down then rewrite it as a positive affirmation and then read that one over and over.

If you like puzzles and want to complicate your life, try a puzz 3d. These are 3 dimentional jigsaw puzzles which take forever to solve.

Omg now I really want to know more on your thoughts on the book after that pop in “girl” lol…what’s the tea?!! Lol I follow holly and Bridget, too and I’m always trying to figure out who is who when they’re referring to some of the “mean” girls lol…
Also, I was wondering what do you do with your puzzles after you completed all the pieces? Do you take it apart and do it again later or do you leave them put together ?…just curious bc I never want to start one bc I don’t know what to do when I’m done-I may not want to take it apart lol.
I know what you mean when you refer to Holly and Bridget talking about the mean girl era at the mansion - idk who those girls are but I bet people have figured it out on Reddit or something similar.
As much as it pains me lol I take my puzzles apart a day or two after I finish them. I have a NYC Christmas one that I did last year and can’t wait to do again this holiday season. The others I’ll prob share w my mom and/or sister if they wanna do them too.
