      You can patent without any agents. They are making money by making us fools. Please visit the official govt patent website or reach to your nearby govt patent office. Don't fall to agents. The charge around 80000 to 1.5 lakh . But incase ,if you are following the Normal procedure , it may cost around 10,000(completely).

    How can we take into account patents filed by competiton when they are not published yet into public domain, before we design our idea?
    Or in other words - do we have to consider only published patents as a prior art or we have to get filed patent info as well for Prior art?

    • @Patentinindia
      @Patentinindia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      excellent question, these are called "hidden prior arts" which may not be in public domain yet before our filing date. there is apparently no way to find them as all patent applications are kept confidential before publication, and there is not way to find it.

    I made a way to irrigate farms from groundwater without using Oil or Electric fuel by using pre-existing technology, It was not so complicated any scientist could have made it easily but still I was happy about that but now I know it can't be patented because It was not an invention It was just made by using 3-4 pre-existing machines.
    Is still their a way of patenting it sir?
